Scrutinized List of Candidates Against the Post of Lecturer
Note:
- The candidates listed are provisionally eligible for the post of Lecturer against Advertisement Nos. 62 and 65, subject to verification of original documents, degrees, transcripts, and experience certificates.
- All provisionally eligible candidates shall be required to appear in the screening test, the schedule of which will be communicated later on.
- Only candidates who qualify the screening test shall be considered for further stages of recruitment.
- If a candidate is not satisfied with the decision of the Scrutiny & Quantification Committee (in terms of eligibility or quantification), an appeal may be filed within one week by logging into the online portal: awkum.edu.pk/open-posts (deadline: 20th February 2026, till 05:00 PM). Appeals submitted through any other means or after the deadline shall not be considered.
- Appeals shall be justified only on the basis of documents already submitted at the time of application. Candidates are strictly advised not to submit any new documents during the appeal process. Errors and omissions are liable to rectification by the authorities.
- The University reserves the right to cancel or modify the recruitment process at any stage.
- The decision of the University / Competent Authority regarding eligibility, screening, and shortlisting shall be final and binding.
